Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Greater Reisterstown, MD is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You will receive dedicated mentorship and the autonomy to develop into a confident clinician while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Aiming to treat older adults, you’ll manage a manageable caseload of 6–8 patients per day with 60-minute 1:1 sessions, ensuring thorough, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• MD licensure or eligibility for MD PT license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services with mentorship and autonomy.
• Provide evidence-based care to older adults in a home/outpatient setting.
• Maintain high standards of patient care with 60-minute 1:1 sessions.
