Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in VA.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong patient service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 60-minute 1:1 PT sessions.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Collaborate with the care team to support aging adults.
