The Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers hands-on training, a guided path to clinical excellence, and flexible scheduling with no nights or weekends.

This full-time position provides 60-minute one-on-one sessions to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in NJ.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 60-minute sessions.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized treatment to older adults.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
