Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Union, MO is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists to join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. You’ll receive mentorship, independence, and a pathway to grow into a confident clinician while serving older adults in a setting that blends clinic and home-based care.

We offer dedicated mentorship, 1:1 care with 60-minute sessions, a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute, 1:1 PT sessions with patients.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Participate in FOX Emerging Professionals Mentor Program and ongoing professional development.
