Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation in Maryland is hiring newly graduated Physical Therapists for the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, offering mentorship with independence to launch your career.

You will join a mission-driven team delivering 1:1 patient care, typically handling 6–8 patients daily with 60-minute sessions, while benefiting from a flexible schedule and mentorship for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in MD and graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong patient-service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with common computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 PT sessions in a home-based/outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence and commit to professional development.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and manage a caseload of patients (approx. 6–8 per day).
