Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists in Greater Eldersburg, MD. Newly graduated PTs will join a mentorship-driven program that offers mentorship, independence, and 1:1 patient care in a home-practice style setting.

The role focuses on delivering 60-minute, 1:1 sessions to a manageable caseload of 6–8 patients daily, with full benefits and growth opportunities. Eligible candidates are MD-licensed or eligible, with CPR certification and a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in MD or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop professionally in a mentorship-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute 1:1 PT sessions with patients.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients per day.
• Participate in the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for guidance.
• Deliver high-quality care with autonomy and support.
