This program blends mentorship with independence to launch your career on a team revolutionizing care for older adults, with full support to become a confident, well‑rounded clinician.

You will provide 1:1 care with 60‑minute sessions, typically see 6–8 patients per day, and enjoy a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
• Basic computer literacy.
