Job summary

Symbotic, an AI-powered automation leader, is hiring a New Grad- Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team. You’ll support planning, tracking regional meetings, risk reviews, and area gates, while building dashboards and documenting requirements for future-state solutions.

You will work closely with Project Directors and Managers, learn from mentors, and help improve processes, with travel up to 30% and exposure to cross-functional teams across engineering, installation, supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of PM principles, lifecycles, risk tracking, and documentation.
• Experience using data to identify trends and communicate findings.
• Experience with PM tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of technical automation projects.
• Prepare agendas, collect inputs, and track program health.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Maintain project resources and risk/issue logs.
• Prepare updates and present findings to stakeholders.
