Symbotic LLC is seeking a New Grad- Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team within Project Execution. You will support planning, coordination, and visibility of technical automation projects while improving processes and documentation.

You will work closely with the Project Director and Project Managers to track regional meetings, risk/issue meetings, and at-risk stage gates, building agendas and status inputs, and maintaining project trackers and reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of project management principles, lifecycles, process improvement, risk tracking, and project documentation.
• Experience using data to identify trends, assess risks, solve problems, and communicate actionable findings.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, and an interest in applying them to improve workflows, processes, and project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and coordination of technical automation projects.
• Improve project visibility, processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own meeting preparation within your region: agendas, status inputs from Project Managers, materials.
• Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into program health.
• Analyze project information across multiple systems and data sources to identify trends, root causes, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, document requirements, and support future-state solutions.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives by evaluating workflows, standardizing processes, testing solutions, and developing clear user documentation.
• Maintain project resources and controls, including risk registers, issue logs, change records, onboarding materials, knowledge resources, and other project documentation.
• Prepare project updates, analyses, and recommendations and communicate findings to project stakeholders and leadership.
