Amrize is seeking a Build For Growth Process Engineer I at the Theodore Cement Plant, AL. You will join a 14‑month development program focused on cement manufacturing operations and foundational process knowledge.

Responsibilities include analyzing operations, developing control automation, and supporting ISO/compliance while collaborating with a safety‑minded team. A Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and 0–3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, highly motivated team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations and recommend process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare computer reports on operating efficiencies and failure investigations.
• Perform tests on plant systems to determine equipment efficiencies.
