Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Process Engineer II at the Theodore Cement Plant, Theodore, AL. This full-time salary role focuses on operational improvements across plant production and developing process controls to optimize performance and safety.

You will analyze operations, conduct cost/benefit studies, implement process automation with SAP and TIS, prepare operating reports, train shift supervisors on SAP reporting, and assist with ISO audits. Travel 11–20% and a salary position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and recommend process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Develop process control automation and computer applications for process control.
• Prepare reports on operating efficiencies and failure investigations.
• Train shift supervisors for SAP reporting and TIS.
• Support ISO audits and month-end activities.
