Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with graduation by Dec 2026 or Jan 2027.
• 0–3+ years of mechanical/manufacturing engineering experience from projects or internships.

Responsibilities

• Own the industrialization of high‑volume products from design to ramp.
• Collaborate with Product, Build, and Manufacturing Operations to design and validate manufacturing systems.
• Develop scalable processes with attention to cost, quality, and speed.
• Lead manufacturing launch schedules and supplier evaluations.
• Support PFEP, work instructions, and quality gates in MES.
• Drive continuous improvement using PFMEA, SPC, and root-cause analysis.
