You will contribute to manufacturable hardware from concept to deployment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to refine designs for performance and scalability.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in mechanical engineering, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and graduation by Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience designing and prototyping mechanical systems.
• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field; graduation by 2027.
• Strong CAD skills and hands-on prototyping experience.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical design from CAD concepts to prototypes and mass production.
• Integrate mechanical systems with sensors, actuators, and embedded hardware.
• Lead testing, design validation, and hardware iterations.
• Drive manufacturability, part selection, and tolerances for scalable production.
• Apply thermal, structural, and materials knowledge to lightweight designs.
• Contribute to test plans, docs, and reviews.
• Perform modeling and simulation to guide decisions and trade studies.
• Support critical milestones, including extended hours when needed.
