Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an Associate, Client Integrations Engineer as part of its New Grad Program. This hybrid role blends web technology, consultancy, and solutions architecture to tailor our platform to client goals across affiliate, media, and agency platforms.

You will work directly on client projects after training, with involvement from onboarding through campaign execution and ongoing support, including developing data feeds and client-specific code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, or related technical discipline.
• Internship experience with web applications or solid technical background a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Involved with all aspects of the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Design, develop, and test technical solutions based on clients’ business requirements.
• Work on client projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid role with two in-office days per week.
