Job summary

Epsilon is seeking Engineering Interns to join high-performing technical teams, contributing across software development, data engineering, cloud, and product engineering. The internship spans an 11-week summer program with hands-on training, professional development, and potential full-time consideration.

The role is hybrid, with and expectation of 2 days/week in office, and candidates should be pursuing a technical bachelor’s degree with a strong foundation in engineering and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or a related technical field.
• Prior coursework or projects demonstrating programming fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in building products and solving technical problems.
• Team collaboration and effective communication in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of scalable, resilient applications, services, platforms, or technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning, solution development, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Contribute to proprietary products and technologies that drive client success.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to understand requirements and develop solutions.
