Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited program.
• GPA at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support replacement of facilities mechanical components and systems.
• Support Building Technicians and preventive maintenance to promote reliability and continuity.
• Develop and implement capital improvement projects including scope of work and bidding support.
• Inspect facilities equipment, prepare reports on condition, deficiencies, and repair costs.
• Use standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve building system problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facilities projects.
