Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years engineering experience or internship/co-op.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support safe operation and reliability of facility utilities and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot equipment and system performance using engineering data.
• Monitor performance, parameters, capacity, and reliability; analyze trends for improvements.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, reliability, and cost reduction.
