Samsara in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a New Grad Account Development Representative II to drive lead generation and demand for our SaaS platform. This hybrid role requires 3 onsite days per week and 2 remote days, perfect for developing enterprise sales skills and advancing toward closing roles.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of sales experience, are enrolled in a 4-year degree, and can handle high-volume outreach including cold calls.

Qualifications

• 50 cold calls a day.
• At least 6 months of sales experience or related coursework.
• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation.
• Growth mindset and collaborative selling approach.
• 6 months experience with Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage in day-to-day operations.

Responsabilités

• Hunt for leads and map enterprise accounts to build demand for Samsara products.
• Work with senior executives and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop foundational enterprise technology sales skills and pursue a path to closing roles.
