Role Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
  • Maintaining high levels of service and hospitality
  • Promptly addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and handling cash procedures
  • Managing guest mail and messages with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Being knowledgeable about hotel programs, travel offers, and promotions
  • Communicating effectively with departments and management regarding guest feedback
  • Responding promptly to calls, visitors, and team members requiring assistance
  • Understanding hotel safety and emergency procedures
