Qualifications

• Inside sales support with mechanical piping and/or electrical experience.
• Some experience in administrative support positions.
• Ability to travel for job sites and meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations and project specifications and submittals.
• Work with 2D/3D drawings and takeoffs.
• CRM data entry and pipeline management.
• Support sales team in following up on opportunities and attending meetings.
• Monitor project status and equipment ship dates to ensure customer service.
• Coordinate with accounting, shipping, and other departments.
