Otis Elevator Company in Dallas is seeking a New Equipment Field Operations Manager to drive performance of new equipment installations across the North Texas region.

You will direct field operations, supervise installation teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of elevator industry experience or leading field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and lead field operations for the New Equipment installation side.
• Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams.
• Achieve financial targets including profit and working capital.
• Conduct field safety audits and site safety plans.
• Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure project completion.
• Manage billing, payments, RFIs, and change orders.
