Job summary

Willie’s Superbrew in Charlotte, NC seeks a Field Sales Representative to develop business in 250 key accounts across Eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Role requires frequent travel to service retailers and distributors, with weekend/holiday coverage as needed. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in alcohol beverage sales and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one to two years' experience in the alcoholic beverage industry; preferably with at least one year at a distributor
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving skills; mathematically skilled

Responsibilities

• Sell our entire product portfolio into 250 key accounts, with focus on On-Premise and off-premise retail accounts.
• Perform 50+ account sales calls per week; build/maintain relationships and secure new distribution/placements.
• Achieve specified monthly sales goals set by manager.
• Deliver weekly sales recaps to distributors and manager.
• Execute tastings/samplings and festivals to generate brand awareness.
• Merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and placing POS items.
• Track progress using VIP KARMA and VIP iDIG.
• Regular travel to service retailers/distributors; occasional travel for meetings/trainings.
• Weekend/holiday work may be required to support business needs.
