Job summary

United States Beverage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Area Retail Manager to drive growth across Massachusetts. This field-based role focuses on prospecting retailers, opening accounts, securing placements, and boosting shelf and cold-box visibility, promotions, and reorders.

The position requires hands-on retail execution, collaboration with distributors, and a proactive approach to expanding within chains, grocery, and independent accounts throughout the state.

Qualifications

• 2+ years preferred in field sales, beverage-alcohol, CPG, retail execution, merchandising, hospitality, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a productive territory call cycle and prospect new accounts.
• Sell beer, spirits, RTDs, nonalcoholic, and other approved products to retail decision-makers.
• Open accounts and secure authorizations, placements, menus, displays, shelf/cold-box space, and promotions.
• Expand distribution within existing accounts and build relationships with owners, buyers, managers, and staff.
• Present compelling brand, consumer, pricing, and profit stories and focus on measurable sales results.
