Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to cover the Southborough to Sharon territory. The role focuses on representing our craft beer portfolio in retail accounts, stocking and rotating products, and ensuring on-shelf visibility and brand consistency.

You will collaborate with the Sales Team to execute planograms, maintain inventory accuracy, and support partners with excellent service while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Put away beer orders at retail accounts accurately and efficiently
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials in compliance with brand standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock or low-stock situations to the ASM
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe product displays
• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff to support brand presence
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties
