Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Property Manager, New Development to lead the lease-up of our luxury Pittsburgh community, The Landing on The Waterfront. You’ll guide the transition from construction to occupancy, build a polished on-site operation, and recruit and train the team to deliver outstanding service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s in property management or related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of progressive multifamily property management experience; at least 1 year as a Property Manager preferred.
• Experience with new construction lease-up properties; proficiency with Excel and PM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease-up operations for a new development and ensure occupancy readiness.
• Recruit, train, and mentor onsite team for post-stabilization operations.
• Develop onsite systems and marketing strategies to support rapid occupancy.
• Monitor financial performance and manage NOI through cost control.
• Ensure rent collection, compliance with laws, and exceptional resident service.
• Communicate risks and action plans to corporate management.
