Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Manager for the Cincinnati area development, Gateway Lofts Park Ave. You will lead leasing efforts, mentor the leasing team, and drive processes to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will coordinate tours, guide applicants through the lease process, monitor renewals, and contribute to marketing initiatives and reporting. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leasing and sales experience in multifamily or student housing.
• Familiar with Entrata, OneSite or RealPage property management software.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts and administrative functions to optimize property performance.
• Mentor and motivate the leasing team for collaboration and success.
• Discuss and highlight property features during tours to close leases.
• Guide applicants through application and lease processes and screenings.
• Monitor resident renewals and maintain property standards.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and resident events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
