SUMMARY
As the New Development Leasing & Marketing Team Leader, you are responsible for assisting the NewDevelopment Community Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with aconcentration on the leasing, marketing, branding, future resident relations, and functions of thetemporary leasing office and the community. The New Development Leasing & Marketing Team Leaderstrives for 100% occupancy through pre-leasing of future availability.

Rare or regular travel may be required to assist properties as needed, attend training classes or othersituations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
