Job summary

Grainger in Pineville, NC is hiring Distribution Center Associates for full-time, onsite roles at our new Bulk Distribution Center. You will support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, operate scanning equipment, and help ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and lifting assessment

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing
• Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed standards
• Meet safety, productivity, attendance and overtime requirements
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership
