Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Perris, CA to perform warehouse duties such as inbound/outbound tasks, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to a DC Supervisor and requires strong attention to detail and safety, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to close, with possible overtime. Starting pay is $22/hour with three raises over 12 months to $23.20/hour, plus up to $2/hour in PIE and overnight

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and lifting assessment.
• Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safe completion of inbound and outbound warehouse tasks.
• Accurate picking, packing, labeling, and staging.
• Ensure accurate shipping to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain organized work area.
• Report to DC Supervisor and coordinate with team.
