Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a New-Construction Operations Manager in Richmond, VA to lead production and sales processes, grow the team, and ensure smooth operation across multiple homes. The role emphasizes servant leadership, strong vendor relationships, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced residential construction environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction.
• Experience with production building (multiple homes at one time).
• Servant-leader management style.

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team.
• Review advertising and approve budget.
• Weekly updates with Division President.
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, Starts, Warranty, Settlements, etc.
• Review projections and challenges with managers & Corporate leadership.
• Job inspections when necessary.
• Final review meetings.
• Plan reviews.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, supervise employees, subs and vendors.
• Networking with industry professionals.
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers.
• Review overhead costs and general P&L.
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions.
