Job summary

DH Pace Company is seeking a New Construction Sales Representative in Denver, CO, focusing on selling to general contractors. You will drive new construction sales for commercial doors, loading dock equipment, and related products, coordinating from initial contact to closing the sale.

You will meet decision makers, prepare estimates, and maintain CRM while achieving sales objectives. A background in technical applications and blueprints is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (2) years outside sales experience calling on general contractors and industrial markets.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with general contractors in Denver area.
• Engineer door solutions and develop scope of work for proposals.
• Maintain CRM daily and provide timely proposals and estimates.
