You will follow our proven showroom penciling protocols, manage leads in the CRM, and guide customers through a low-pressure buying experience from lot to F&I. This is a family-owned team focused on daily habits and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto sales or high-pressure retail is a plus, with willingness to train the right candidate.
• Ability to build trust quickly and present value of the vehicle effectively.
• Comfort with daily habits, routines, and measurable behavior.

Responsibilities

• Become a certified expert on the Chevrolet lineup.
• Follow structured showroom protocols to maximize transparency and profitability.
• Manage inbound leads via CRM to create a predictable appointment pipeline.
• Focus on daily activity metrics to drive personal unit production.
• Guide customers through a seamless buying experience from lot to F&I.
