You will conduct test drives, collect identification, handle sales orders and paperwork, and coordinate with Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the showroom or sales lot and provide tailored assistance.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from prospects before the drive.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
• Maintain confidential customer information in the Dealership Management System.
