You’ll deliver vehicles, explain features and paperwork, and coordinate with Sales Managers. The role requires full-time availability, at least 18, a valid license, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to mid-career experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests who enter the showroom or sales lot.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain confidential customer information in the Dealership Management System.
• Assist in writing complete sales orders and process paperwork per dealership policies.
• Introduce customers to Sales Managers for meetings with management.
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and vehicle delivery.
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a positive work environment.
