Sunroad Enterprises/BMW of El Cajon is seeking a results-driven Salesperson to engage customers, assess needs, present vehicle options, and guide buyers through the full purchasing process. You’ll work to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to manage financing discussions, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; California license within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
• Offer test drives to prospects and obtain proper identification before test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing options and closing the sale.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, including quotes and trade-in evaluations.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements following dealership policies.
