Job summary

Sunroad Enterprises is seeking a Salesperson to engage customers, present vehicle options, and guide them through the buying process. You will deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and ensure a positive buying experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating vehicles, coordinating test drives, and handling financing steps with accurate quotes and documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license and CA driver's license within 30 days following date of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand requirements and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and pricing.
• Offer test drives to prospects and obtain identification as required.
• Guide customers through the sales process, financing, and closing.
• Prepare quotes and trade-in evaluations for proposals.
• Negotiate terms in line with policies and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, specs, and benefits.
• Process sales paperwork and CRM data entry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and report performance.
