The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with clients and the community in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Valid California driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform all essential functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and pricing.
• Coordinate test drives and collect proper identifications.
• Guide customers through the sales process including financing options.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sale agreements.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and follow up post-sale.
