Park Place Dealerships in Dallas/Fort Worth is seeking a New Car Sales Experience Manager (Sales Consultant) to build your own book of business and deliver an extraordinary car purchase experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is confident, passionate, and driven to grow, with CRM experience, willingness to learn Park Place processes, and a proven track record in customer service and sales. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (Auto Alert).

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new and current clients.
• Greet clients on the service drive and analyze their buying position.
• Work with the F&I team to resolve contracts and deals.
• Follow up with clients in a timely fashion.
• Sell finance products and complete all paperwork.
• Meet or exceed departmental performance standards.
• Use Park Place tools and processes to meet standards.
• Understand and apply the One Touch Sales Process.
