Job summary

Park Place Dealerships in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking a New Car Sales Experience Manager (Sales Consultant) to build your own book of business and deliver an extraordinary car-buying experience from start to finish.

You will prospect clients, greet and guide them through the purchase, use CRM and Auto Alert, coordinate with the F&I team, and pursue goals like CSI and gross averages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new and current clients.
• Greet clients and guide them through the purchase process.
• Learn and utilize CRM and Auto Alert software.
• Follow up with clients in a timely fashion and close deals.
• Sell finance products and complete all paperwork.
• Meet departmental performance standards (CSI, Gross, etc.).
• Attend weekly department meetings.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
