Job summary

Central Houston Cadillac seeks Automotive Car Sales Professionals to join a dynamic sales team and deliver excellent customer experiences at our Houston showroom.

The role involves meeting customers, promoting offers, guiding test drives, and handling financing discussions. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is provided with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Houston Sales License can be obtained at time of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the dealership.
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain features and warranties.
• Answer questions about vehicles, financing and purchase process.
• Accompany customers on test drives and collect licenses/documentation.
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles.
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine financing/ownership options.
• Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicles.
• Generate new business leads.
• Additional duties as needed to support sales activities.
