Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales & BDM to manage and grow strategic customer relationships within assigned accounts. You will develop customer-focused strategies, collaborate with business units, and drive revenue growth through cross-selling and profit-focused initiatives.

You will partner with sales leadership to align forecasts, pricing, and commercial plans while building trusted partnerships across engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in B2B environments, including knowledge of operating metrics, financial performance indicators, and commercial drivers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results without direct authority.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing complex, multi-location or global customer accounts.
  • Proven success in business development, sales negotiations, contract management, and closing profitable opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions using complex information.
  • Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies for large multinational customers.
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing markets and competitive landscapes, particularly within aerospace, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account management strategies in partnership with sales leadership to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Job description

This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships within assigned accounts. This role develops and executes customer-focused strategies that support organizational growth objectives. Working closely with business unit leaders, functional teams, and sales leadership, the Sales & BDM drives revenue growth, negotiates commercial agreements, strengthens customer partnerships, identifies new business opportunities, and contributes to overall profitability.
