Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for a De Novo location in Mission Viejo, CA, to lead the launch and growth of a new branch. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while building local client relationships and driving sales of banking products.

You will cultivate community presence, network with prospective customers, and align branch activities with BMO's purpose and regulatory requirements. The role requires leadership and a track record of growing branch profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail banking or branch leadership.
• Experience developing branch business plans and driving growth.
• Knowledge of consumer lending rules and mortgage licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to grow wallet share.
• Build community networks and referral sources to attract new customers.
