BMO is expanding with a De Novo branch, seeking a Bank Manager to lead a launch, shape team culture, and drive client growth from day one. The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, community networking, and building strong customer relationships within the branch and local market.

You will guide a team, advise clients on financial objectives, and collaborate across groups to meet sales and service goals while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail banking or equivalent
• Supervisory or management experience
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services
• Deep knowledge of branch operations, policies and performance metrics
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Responsabilités

• Guide and coach branch staff to deliver exceptional service
• Advise customers on products and strategies to meet financial objectives
• Identify referrals to other business groups to grow wallet share
• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth
• Prospect for new customers through cold calls and community networking
