Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Bank Manager to lead a DeNovo branch launch in California. You will guide staff, shape culture, and drive client growth from day one, with a focus on community relationships and strategic sales.

You will recruit and develop teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement branch business plans to maximize growth, wallet share, and customer satisfaction across the local market.

Qualifications

• Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field.
• Experience leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of personal banking products and services and how to advise customers.
