Job summary

Heritage Bank NW is seeking a New Accounts Representative for our Olympia, WA branch to deliver exceptional service, open new accounts, and participate in branch sales activities. The role is fully onsite with a ballast of customer-facing duties and compliance awareness.

The Level I/II position offers a wage range of $20.00–$28.61 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, with flexibility to ensure staff coverage during training or absences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of new accounts and relationship selling experience (Level I).
• 2+ years of new accounts and relationship selling experience (Level II).
• Knowledge of banking regulations, product offerings and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Open new accounts following procedures and compliance requirements.
• Grow and cross-sell business transaction accounts and bank products.
• Develop knowledge of current Heritage Bank products and services.
• Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance in transactions.
