Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and services offered.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Possession of or ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience following Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships by identifying needs and offering suitable products.
• Refer clients to bank partners and uncover lending opportunities.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Provide proactive solutions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
