The position offers Level I or II with salary ranges of $20.00–$22.88 per hour (Level I) or $21.00–$24.84 per hour (Level II), depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience for Level I; 1 year cash handling & customer service in financial services for Level II.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good written and oral communication; able to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and provides excellent service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
