Heritage Bank NW is seeking a New Accounts Representative for the Sumner, WA branch. The role involves opening new accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and actively participating in branch sales activities.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, onsite in Sumner, WA, with some flexibility for training staffing needs. Two levels are offered with base hourly salaries and potential for qualification-based advancement.

Qualifications

• Level I requires 1+ years of new accounts and relationship selling experience; Level II requires 2+ years.
• Familiarity with new account documentation and compliance in financial services.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and bank products/services.
• Strong verbal and written communication; English fluency; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Open new accounts following procedures and verify ownership; cross-sell products.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to meet goals.
• Develop knowledge of current Bank products/services; ensure confidentiality.
