Motive seeks an Account Support Specialist who will be the primary contact for Order Management for Enterprise and Strategic Account Managers. You will act as a key liaison between sales and internal departments to ensure efficient quote-to-cash processes.

You will support Account Managers and customers with queries, manage shipments, and handle RMA requests, while providing hands-on quoting assistance with CPQ and collaborating across teams. Data accuracy in CRM is essential.

Competenze

• Experience with the quote-to-cash process.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Zuora / G-Sheet.
