Route 92 Medical in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales strategy and drive growth across the Midwest territory, including Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, and Evansville. Local candidates preferred.

This role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and travel over 60%. You will train accounts, provide field-based support during procedures, and collaborate with CAMs to win key opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required, or a high school diploma/equivalent combined with additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of medical device sales experience in hospital surgical settings (Neurovascular, OR, Cathlab).
• Willingness to travel >60% and operate in a field-based role.

Mansioni

• Plan and direct activities to drive product adoption within the territory.
• Coordinate training for accounts in the geography.
• Collaborate with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) across regions.
• Provide onsite technical support during procedures for correct product usage.
• Participate in negotiations with key accounts and forecast sales.
• Travel more than 60% and stay current with market changes.
